1.65 lpa Compensation !!! Is It Justified ??

I just heard Perot is giving 1.65 lakh compensation to freshers who they recruited in 2008/2009. This package is absolutely not justified, the call center and non-technical people earn more than this.

Adding to the burden is 2 years bond with penalty of 1.5 lakh. Good companies don't follow the bond procedure, they woo employees otherwise.

To take advantage of situation on pretext of reason like 'we don't have that much requirement', companies are paying less nowdays, but 1.65 is way too less, i don't know how many of you will be joining, but if this compensation continues for long then there is hardly any chance that Perot will be able to retain talent in long turn. With low packages no one would ever be happy at work.

Consider the situation you get around 10 in hand, around 3 is spend on commuting, around 3-4 on food. Now you would ask you want to buy new clothes, watch movies, buy gifts for beloved ones, pay for your mobile bills, electricity, internet and the list goes on..... but you have 3-4 k in hand.
Think about it !!

  3. Financial position of this company is very week, i recently heard, that AC in one tower of is non functional and admin has put up table fans to cool the building, last year employees were using coolers to beat the heat..

    this company is making joke out of itself by offering petty packages to aspiring graduates. I wonder Dell didn't fired its useless management after acquisition..
